30 Years of Employee Ownership

When you join Barr Brands, you become an owner. Since 1996, we have been a fully employee-owned company, and every employee owner shares in the value we create together through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Each year, active employee owners receive shares of Barr stock at no cost, with annual allocations averaging approximately 20% of base pay plus bonus earned. Ownership connects your day-to-day work to long-term value, so the impact you make today truly matters tomorrow.
